Strength and conditioning Class (Starts January 5th)

The class focus is on basic fundamental strength movements with added HIIT style exercises. Our goal is to help shape newer lifters by giving them that one on one coaching experience in a group environment. More than just putting a workout on the wall and your coach sitting on their phone. This class is also for the seasoned lifter who needs that extra push or looking for some added structure to their current routine.

We're here to help make you BETTER, STRONGER and HEALTHIER.

Unlimited classes: 6am-7am and 12pm-1pm
