about
Chuck
I am Chuck, the visionary behind Chuck’s Post-Rehab and Fitness, and I have dedicated my professional life to fitness and wellness. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the mental and physical challenges that often follow physical therapy, I am committed to helping others. I firmly believe in your potential to manage change to achieve personal goals and enhance overall well-being, a belief that will empower you as you transition to a more active lifestyle.
I am not a medical doctor, physical therapist, or certified counselor, and I do not prescribe medications or supplements. I do not endorse any specific gym or receive compensation from any organization.
However, I am a 63-year-old personal trainer with over 25,000 hours of experience working with clients who face a variety of challenges, including stroke recovery, heart conditions, back surgeries, shoulder injuries, and neuropathy.
I have personally undergone several significant health challenges, including low back fusion at L4-L5, L5-S1 six herniated disks in my thoracic spine, heart surgery, shoulder rotator cuff surgery, hip surgery, four concussions, broken ribs, skin cancer, and heat stroke. I’ve experienced severe pain and the accompanying thoughts of “I can’t, I won’t, and I’ll never.” But I’ve learned that recovery is possible—it’s about adapting to a new reality.
